This Agreement is made between the first & second parties for the achievement of the Job (PR, RFQ)
from CCED. Also, this agreement shall evidence of the use of quotation and all relevant documents
required for submitting the tender by the 2nd party from the 1st party.

By signing this agreement 2nd party agrees to the 1st party that they will submit the quote and documents
received from 1st party only be used for the tender along with the promise of giving the awarded job only
to the 1st party for its execution and 2nd party will not back off from 1st party for execution of the project
once awarded. This agreement restricts the ability of both parties to enter into any agreement with any
third party about the proposed project from the quote submission to completion of the project. The publicity
of the documents which is created for the sole use of the project should only be used for its purposes.
