How to access Ciena’s online network planning and design tool

Access PlannerPlus from the partner portal

Note: PlannerPlus is accessible via HTML 5 web client using a Chrome web browser.

For the best single sign-on experience, access PlannerPlus from the Partner Portal. You can find the PlannerPlus page in the
portal menu under Technical, or directly at this website: https://partners.ciena.com/prm/English/c/plannerplus. From here:

1. Click on the Access PlannerPlus button

 2. Click the Login with Sales Force option

3. If the following message appears, email cienapartnernetwork @ciena.com to request access to the PlannerPlus
application. You will be notified when you can access the tool.

4. Once logged in, Sync accounts (on initial entry into PlannerPlus)

Gain lab practice on Ciena Emulation Cloud (CEC)

1. Go to https://developer.ciena.com and click on the Sign In button

2. On the pop-up window, click the Login button

3. Click on the Community Emulation Cloud option

4. Book Lab time on the Labs tab by selecting Book Lab time
