SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

I, ROMEO BRIONES SY JR. , of legal age, widower, Filipino Citizen, and with address at Blk 23 Lot
41 Plata St. Molino Homes 2, Salitran 3, Dasmarinas City, Cavite hereinafter referred to as the PRINCIPAL, do
hereby NAME, APPOINT and CONSTITUTES, DOLORES DELA CRUZ ZARZOSO, of legal age, married,
Filipino Citizen, and with residence and postal address at B6 L33 Greentown Village I, Mambog 2, Bacoor,
Cavite, to act and to perform for me and in my behalf, the following acts and deeds to wit;

“To transact business with the: (1) Social Security System (2) Pag-IBIG, and with all the said
offices and other government offices that may be needed in performing purposes in connection with the
claiming of benefits.”;

“To act as my representative to transact business with Philippine Statistic Authoroty for requesting
and claiming of Documents such, Certificate of Birth, Marriage Contract, Death Certificate, and CENOMAR
with full authority to sign, and other writing of whatever nature or kind with all third persons and concerns
pursuant in any documents needed to transact for the transfer of title;”

“To sign and any or all documents, including but not limited to signing forms, applications; to receive &
acknowledge documents, and sign all documents necessary to effect the aforementioned purposes of this SPA,
make follow-ups & acknowledge documents, or all related transactions needed in behalf of my names.”;

“To bind me and sign any or all documents necessary in connection with the above purposes mentioned
above and/or any document as may be required and necessary to implement the purposes of this SPA; to delegate
the authority granted herein to a representative of the choice of my said attorney-in-fact; to follow-up with the
above-mentioned offices; and to perform related acts to effect all the purposes of this SPA.”;

“That the Attorney-in-Fact is authorized to delegate this Special Power of Attorney to whosoever he/she
might deem fit and appropriate;”

“In general to do all other acts, deeds, matters, and things whatsoever necessary and desirable to attain
and accomplish the tasks and/or purposes mentioned above, as fully and effectual to all legal intents and purposes
as I could lawfully do so myself if I am personally present.”;

HEREBY GIVING and GRANTING unto my/our said Attorney-in-fact full power and authority
whatsoever requisite or necessary to be done in and about the premises or purposes as I might or could
lawfully do if personally present, and HEREBY RATIFYING and CONFIRMING all that my said
ATTORNEY-IN-FACT shall lawfully do or cause to be done under and by virtue of this presents.
