Vishnu Viswanathan - Quality Inspector Duties & Responsibility

 Area 40/50/60, Electrical trench, Light poles Quality inspection internal and with client.
 RFI Closing.
 3rd party FDT coordinating at site 40/50/60.
 Daily surveillance report preparation.
 Quality observation card preparing and coordinating with site team to close the observation
 QOC, RFT, Site Quality tool box conducting.
 Wimpy Lab FDT soil, sample, water Sample, test report requisition preparing and collecting the
Reports & Coordinating.
 RFI Submission to the client for next day site inspection.

Afthab PC - Quality Controller Duties & Responsibility

 Concrete and grouting cube sending to the Lone star lab and preparing cube Request for
crushing, & collecting the Reports & coordinating.
 Concrete Summery, Grout summary log preparation,
 RFI Preparation with ITR, Drawing, for next day inspection
 RFI CLOSING.
 Dossier files preparation.
 Structures HAND OVER A-ITR preparation.
 Filing Documentation
 Arranging the Approved RFI’s for invoice with Edgar
 QUALTIY ASSUERANCE QUALITY CONTROL DUITIES AND RESPOSIBILITITY
 RFI scan copy to be submitting to the client for every week.
 Test report collecting.
 Quality Department arrangement

SathyaVendhan Quality Controller Duties & Responsibility

 Area 40/50 Quality inspection internal and with client.

 RFI Closing.

 Daily surveillance report preparation.
 Quality observation card preparing and coordinating with site team to close the observation
 QOC, RFT, Site Quality tool box conducting.

Weekly RFT card to be fill (monthly 20cards) Scan copy to be forward to Wilber Pjsv DC

Weekly QOC card to be fill (monthly 20cards) Scan copy to be forward to Wilber Pjsv DC

Lone star Invoice to be check. Will receive mail or DC

Wimpy invoice will receive via technician to be clear.

RFT, QOC, DSR to be follow and entry to be done at Piping Logs, (Alrafa - Abin QC)

Monthly QC walk-through to be conduct. PSJV will refer the date.

All logs Register to be maintain (FDT, Concrete cube, Grout, RFT, QOC, DSR LOG, calibration log, material
analysis report summary.

Material analysis test report copy to be receive from Al Tasnim batching plant and OPCP plant
