to share to you our quotation and proposed itinerary good for 100 students. We would
also like to inform you that this rate already includes complimentary 5 pax for
accompanying faculty members.

Based on your letter request, your proposed date will be on August 1-3, 2022. With this,
I am pleased to inform you that you may avail lean season promotional package rate.
This is surely the best rate anyone can offer all throughout the year. However, this offer
is valid until July 20, 2022 only.

Booking confirmation shall be done a week prior to the arrival date. Once you find
everything in order, a deposit of equivalent to 50% of the total cost shall be collected
seven (7) days prior to the arrival date. The remaining balance shall be collected three
(3) days before the arrival date. This ensures you a guaranteed booking on your tour
transportation, guides, destinations, and other product suppliers on definite basis.
