As we know that rock salt contains taste increasing ingredient so can be used in restaurants
food & Beverages which is very effective with good health benefited elements.

Rock salt lowers the melting point of ice, so that the ice in the ice-cream maker can become
liquid and still stay less than 32 degrees Fahrenheit, so that it can freeze the cream inside the
icecream maker. Ice by itself cannot freeze the cream, only liquid can, because only liquid can
surround the entire canister in the ice-cream maker in order to get the contents below 32
degrees. Salt allows the ice to become liquid and still stay cold enough.

1. The salt mixed with ice helps to make the right substance for the ice cream.
2. It can be done this with an ice cream maker or you can also do this with Glad Zip lock
bags.
3. Get a small size bag and a gallon size bag put a lot of salt and ice in the gallon size bag.
4. In the smaller size bag put a cup of milk, a half to a cup of sugar, and teaspoon of vanilla.
5. Zip the small bag up tightly then put it in the gallon size bag. Then zip the gallon size
bag. And knead it over and over about 15 - 20 min ice cream will have been found.

the cost line. Fixed cost is 40,000. The break-even point that we have gained here is that after
selling 3,335 bottles of Himalyan Rock Salt, we can started to gain profit.
