REGISTRATION INFORMATION for Next Semester (First Semester of Academic Year 2020-2021) | Deadline: 3rd

Greetings from BITS Pilani Work Integrated Learning Programmes (WILP) Division! 
 
The Upcoming WILP Registration Activity for your Online Registration for the Next Semester (First Semester of
Academic Year 2020-2021) will begin from 29 July 2020 (Wednesday) from 11:00 AM IST onwards.

The last date for completion of your Online Registration for the Next Semester (First Semester of Academic
Year 2020-2021) is 3rd August 2020 (Monday) 11:59 PM IST. Please ensure that you are completing
Registration before the deadline.

Do the following Six Steps to complete the Online Registration for the Next Semester (First Semester of
Academic Year 2020-2021).
 
Step 1: Login to the below Registration Link for making the Semester Fee payment. We request you to access the
Registration Link preferably from your home network. Try using your personal computer to access the Registration
Link. You may also use your office laptop for accessing the Registration Link.

Step 2: Once you login, you will be prompted to pay the Semester Fees. You can pay it using your Net banking /
Debit Card/ Credit Card (or) through Easy EMI Option with 0% Interest

Please note that we are now offering Easy EMI Option with 0% Interest through Zest Money, in case you are
opting for making the Registration Fee payment using ZEST Money. Please read the terms & conditions
provided in the link in detail while applying for Easy EMI Option with 0% Interest using ZEST Money. You can

After making the semester fee payment, you will be provided with a unique ERP Login Credentials generated
through BITS ERP system on the same registration
page (http://wilpdar.bits-pilani.ac.in/registration/erp/body_reg_card.asp). Please make a note of the same as
it will be needed for completing the Step 3. Please note that in case you opt for the Easy EMI Option with 0%
Interest through Zest Money, the ERP Login credentials shall be shared with you only after the loan is approved and
the EMI has been successfully setup. This may normally take 3 to 4 working days. 
  
Please note that the above ERP Login Credentials shared will be valid throughout the Semester.
 
Step 3: Now Login into BITS ERP system through the link below with your unique ERP Login Credential:
 
https://sis.erp.bits-pilani.ac.in/psp/sisprd/?cmd=login 

Note:
1) Please note that ERP Login credentials are case sensitive.
2) Please note that User gets auto-locked after 5 unsuccessful attempts.
3) If you face any issues in logging to the page, please clear the browser cache, close the browser and try again.
 
Step 4: Post Login into BITS ERP system, please use the following navigation on the ERP system to access the
Academic Requirements page:
 
Self Service > Student Center > Academic Requirements
 
Step 4: Click on the Courses as per your Degree Programme with respective Year & Semester. Then click on 'View
class section' and select your course. Please add all the required courses (Core & Elective) in your Registration cart
by following the same process for every Course. (For eg. If you are admitted in Second Semester 2019-2020, you
are advised to add the Courses of Year 1 Sem 2 as per academic requirements of your Degree Programme
and similarly if you are admitted in First Semester 2019-2020, you are advised to add the Courses of Year 2
Sem 1)
 
Step 5: Choose the “Plan” button on the menu to check all added courses in your registration cart. Choose the
“Select all” button to select all courses. Choose the “Validate” button to validate these courses. And finally, click on
the finish registration button. (Your Registration is successfully completed, once you completed this process
and click on finish registration)
