A very special morning to one and all who have gathered here and a genial welcome to the
special guest who have graced our campus Dr.Krutika pai [asst. prof. dept. of kriya sharira ]
and Dr Manu chandran [ asst. prof dept. of kayachikitsa in KAMC ]

Friends, life is very short but it doesn’t mean that we cannot make our life a memorable one.
Do you guys know life span of a jasmine is just a day, but its aroma liked and retained for
long time. So let us make our life the most memorable one, for that we need to be healthy and
tidy. And also today’s topic is very apt to the age and situation.

Today, we are very much delighted to have two eminent personalities to deal on the topic
‘ups and downs of adolescence group and how to keep ourselves fit and fine’
