We are happy to acknowledge your kind co-operation & support to this University in previous semester. As you
know, the current semester is over and registration for next semester (2021-2022) will start from January 2022, the
fees for next semester is due against the name of your son/daughter/ward. Therefore, you are requested to deposit
the institutional fees, registration fees and outstanding fees if any on or before 25th January , 2022.

Fees to be Deposited : (Including outstanding fees) Respective Semester Institutional & Registration Fees.

i. Institutional Fee (6th Semester) : Rs. 1,70,000 /-

ii. Registration Fees (6th Semester) : Rs. 1,000 /-
iii. Arrear Fees/Outstanding Fees as on date : -
Total Fees to be Deposited : Rs. 1,71,000 /-

You can download the Demand Letter from your SAP Portal.

Mode of Payment :
(1) The aforementioned fees can be paid "online" through SAP Portal by using Net Banking / Debit Card / Credit
Card facilities.

2) You can use any of the payment gateways available under SAP Portal ( Link :
https://kiitportal.kiituniversity.net/irj/portal/ ). Kindly use Student ID and password to login. Follow these
steps to pay : "Student Self Services -> Fee Details -> View Outstanding Details" to pay your fees through
HDFC (PG)/ BillDesk (PG)/ Paytm (PG). There is no convenience or transaction charge in HDFC PG only.

3) You can pay the Semester fees online using Paytm mobile App/ Paytm.com under the 'Fees' tab or by
scanning the following QR Code:

4) Alternatively you can make payment through RTGS/NEFT as per following details

In case of payment through RTGS/NEFT , please fill the "RTGS Submit Application" on SAP Portal &
download the Money Receipt from the Portal within 3 days. If the Outstanding dues under 'Fee Details' are
not cleared, then please e-mail us the payment details at admission@kls.ac.in .

5) You can also pay your fees through Demand Draft favoring "KIIT" payable at Bhubaneswar. Please
deposit the demand draft at fees counter of the respective schools or at Accounts Section, Koel Campus
(Campus -1 ), KIIT (if paid in person) or send it by post clearly mentioning Student's name, Roll no &
branch/course at back side of the demand draft to "Director (Admissions), KIIT, Deemed to be
University, Koel Campus, Patia, Bhubaneswar-751024".

Fees may kindly be paid in time to avoid any type of inconvenience at the time of registration.
