SUBJECT: CONSTRUCTION OF 1 UNIT DEEP WELL

Dear Sir,

We are pleased to submit to you our quotation of one (1) unit deep well, under the following terms and
conditions.

WELL SPECIFICATION:

1. Bore hole 8.Ø

2. Method of drilling PERCUSSION
3. Well casing diameter 6.Ø
4. Approximate depth to drill 300 Ft. MORE OR LESS
5. Type of casing B.I. PIPE

SCOPE OF WORK:

1. Mobilization of drilling equipment.

2. Drilling of 100ft. 10.Ø bore hole and installation of 5 pcs 8.Ø conductor casing.
3. Drilling of 300ft 8.Ø bore hole and installation of 15 pcs. 6.Ø B.I. pipe perforated casing.
4. Perforation of B.I. pipe, torch cut method.
5. Installation of submersible pump and motor.
6. Installation of riser pipe.
7. Well completion.
MATERIALS:

1. 5 PCS 8.Ø B.I PIPE SCH 40

2. 15 PCS 6.Ø B.I. PIPE SCH 40

CHARGES:

TOTAL COST OF MATERIALS: ONE HUNDRED NINETY SEVEN THOUSAND AND FIVE HUNDRED PESOS (PHP
197,500)

TOTAL COST OF LABOR: THREE HUNDRED SIXTY THOUSAND PESOS (PHP 360,000)
CONDITIONS:

1. The client shall be responsible for all the necessary permits regarding the project.

2. Electricity and water supply at the site shall be to the owner’s account.

3. We shall be able to mobilize upon signing of contract and release of down payment.

4. Completion of the work stipulated in this AGREEMENT shall be from 45 to 60 working days.

5. This offer shall constitute the drilling contract after having been duly signed by the contractor
and the client on the spaces provided below.

TERMS OF PAYMENT:

1. 30% down payment upon signing contract

2. 70% progress billing.
