4. First-aid measures
Inhalation Move to fresh air. Get medical attention if symptoms occur.
Skin contact Take off immediately all contaminated clothing. Wash off IMMEDIATELY with plenty of water for at
least 15-20 minutes. Get medical attention immediately! Wash clothing separately before reuse.
Destroy or thoroughly clean contaminated shoes.
Eye contact Immediately flush eyes with plenty of water for at least 15 minutes. Remove contact lenses, if
present and easy to do. Continue rinsing. Call a physician or poison control center immediately.
Ingestion Call a physician or poison control center immediately. Rinse mouth. If vomiting occurs, keep head
low so that stomach content doesn't get into the lungs.

treatment needed
General information Ensure that medical personnel are aware of the material(s) involved, and take precautions to
protect themselves. In the case of accident or if you feel unwell, seek medical advice immediately
(show the label where possible). Wash contaminated clothing before reuse.
5. Fire-fighting measures
Suitable extinguishing media Water fog. Foam. Dry chemical powder. Carbon dioxide (CO2). Use extinguishing agent suitable
for type of surrounding fire.
Unsuitable extinguishing Do not use a solid water stream as it may scatter and spread fire. Do not use halogenated
media extinguishing agents.
Specific hazards arising from The product itself does not burn. May decompose upon heating to produce corrosive and/or toxic
the chemical fumes. Contact with metal may release flammable hydrogen gas.
Special protective equipment Fire fighters should enter the area only if they are protected from all contact with the material. Full
and precautions for firefighters protective clothing, including self-contained breathing apparatus, coat, pants, gloves, boots and
bands around legs, arms, and waist, should be worn. No skin surface should be exposed.
Fire fighting In case of fire and/or explosion do not breathe fumes. Move containers from fire area if you can do
equipment/instructions so without risk. Use water spray to cool unopened containers.
Specific methods Use water spray to cool unopened containers.
Small Spills: Wipe up with absorbent material (e.g. cloth, fleece). Clean surface thoroughly to
remove residual contamination.
Never return spills in original containers for re-use. Retain and dispose of contaminated wash
water. For waste disposal, see Section 13 of the SDS.
Environmental precautions Do not discharge into drains, water courses or onto the ground.
Skin protection
Other Wear appropriate chemical resistant clothing.
Respiratory protection If engineering controls do not maintain airborne concentrations below recommended exposure
limits (where applicable) or to an acceptable level (in countries where exposure limits have not
been established), an approved respirator must be worn.
Thermal hazards Wear appropriate thermal protective clothing, when necessary.
General hygiene Always observe good personal hygiene measures, such as washing after handling the material
considerations and before eating, drinking, and/or smoking. Routinely wash work clothing and protective
equipment to remove contaminants.
