RESEARCH RESULTS
4. Thesis Exam
a. Student have carried out the Research Results Seminar.
b. Student consults the thesis draft with the Main Advisor and Companion Advisor.
c. After the thesis draft is approved (ACC) by the two Advisors, then it is sent to the
Undergraduate Commission (email: agroteknologiuns@gmail.com) accompanied by
screenshot evidence (WA or email) of the two advisors and attaching a transcript that has
been approved by the Academic Advisor (minimum requirement is 139 credits and without
grades D and E). These requirements are to determine Examiner Lecturers.
d. Students register for the thesis (Form S-4) and the composition of the examiner team (Form
S-5) by sending an email to the Undergraduate Commission.
e. After getting the Examiner Lecturer, the student asks for the willingness of the lecturer as a
Evaluator Lecturer (Form S-5A).
f. It is agreed upon a time between the two Advisors, Examiner Lecturers and students to
conduct thesis examinations.
g. Student send invitations (Form S-6), Minutes of Thesis Examination (Form S-6A),
Recapitulation of Thesis Scores (Form S-6B), List of Thesis Guidance Scores (Form S-6C)
and List of Thesis Examination Scores (Form S-6 6D) to the Main Advisor; and an invitation
letter (Form S-6), List of Thesis Guidance Scores (Form S-6C) and List of Thesis
Examination Scores (Form S-6D) to the Advisor; as well as an invitation letter (Form S-6)
and a List of Thesis Exam Scores (Form S-6D) to the thesis Examiner Lecturer.
h. The thesis draft is sent to both advisors and Examiner Lecturers at least 7 working days
prior to the implementation of the thesis exam.
i. Thesis exam participants: Main Advisor, Companion Advisor, Examiner Lecturer and
students (4 people).
j. Can use online platforms (online):

o Zoom cloud meeting
o Skype
o Teleconference
o Spada*)
o OCW*)
o Other platforms
k. The thesis scores will be issued after the student completes the thesis revision and shows it
to the Study Program Administration.
l. Revision of the thesis is a maximum of 1 month after the implementation of the thesis for
judicial registration.
m. Administrative documents are carried out online (Form S-4, S-5, S-5A, S-6, S-6A, S-6B, S-
6C, S-6D) can be downloaded at https://agroteknologi.fp.uns.ac.id
n. Supporting administrative files are managed by the Main Advisory Lecturer.
o. Sent to the admin with email: agroteknologiuns@gmail.com for archives and input
