Our dear respondents,

Greetings!

We are complacent you are someone who is residing in a different country or city as
ours, may you be a family, friend, student or a normal citizen. For awareness, we are
students from Polytechnic University of the Philippines and we hereby, are asking for
your precious time to please join us in our activity task that is all about communicating
globally.

In this matter, we are assigned to compile a video consisting people from different areas,
and talk about something that interest us. In our situation, we chose to discuss about the
education system since we are soon to be educators. We hope we didn't horrify you, for
you can just freely enunciate how does the education goes in your country, traditional or
online (if you have that in your state), how's the proper attire whenever you go to school,
what are the requirements, and so on. Perhaps, you can start by just introducing your
name, country, and school. You can also share what you think is the unique
characteristic of your university compared to the other country.

If you have further question and worries about this activity, you are free to reach one of
us. Lastly, we hope for your nice cooperation and it was enormously appreciated. Thank

UNIVERSITY OF MAKATI (UMak) is a city-funded public university.  I'm Lucille

Jucal, a student at this school whose goals are to advance human knowledge through
basic research and study; to fully develop the Filipino intellect and explore its manpower
potentials; to provide professional training in scientific, technological, industrial, and
vocational fields; to help promote a continuing interest as well as improve the living
standards of Makati residents by meeting the demands of an emerging industrial
society; and to help enlighten the public about the importance of science and
technology.

In terms of the Prescribed School Uniform at this school, all students are
required to wear the following uniform to class. Male students wear a white polo with a
school patch sewn a little above the left side of the chest, brown slacks for College
Students, black closed leather shoes, and ID; female students wear a white blouse with a
school patch, brown pants or skirt for College Students, black closed leather shoes, and
ID.

With the inclusion of more curricular options and an increase in student

enrollment, the University has become a more attractive place to study. A growing
student population necessitating the construction of additional classrooms, laboratories,
and other amenities.  Our school has advanced amenities that other schools do not,
including well-equipped science and computer laboratories, skills laboratories,
multimedia rooms, sports facilities, dance studios, a fitness gym, cafeteria, student
lounge areas, a modern library, and classrooms. There are also administrative offices
and a multi-level parking garage.

Jose Rizal University was founded in 1919 as the Far Eastern College School of
Accounts, Commerce, and Finance as a non-stock, non-profit, non-sectarian private
educational institution to pave the way for commercial education in the Philippines. I'm
Patrick Pena, a student here at Jose Rizal University. Jose Rizal University is dedicated
to providing quality education by adhering to stakeholder requirements, maintaining
competent and professional teaching and non-teaching personnel, and maintaining an
effective organizational system to ensure the efficient transfer of relevant knowledge and
desirable values.
When a student completes their registration, they are agreeing to and complying
by the University's policies, rules, and regulations. All students are expected to observe
the general norms, such as wearing the school ID hung around the neck when on
campus and as directed during extracurricular activities. School uniforms must be worn
as necessary and must be clean, tatter-free, neatly buttoned, and trimmed to the suitable
length and style. Hairstyles should be clean and school-appropriate. Only uniform-
appropriate footwear will be permitted. Sandals, slippers, clogs, step-ins, and other
similar footwear are not permitted. Jose Rizal University takes pleasure in how students'
appearance reflects the university's culture and principles.
We're privileged that our school has enough facilities for us to use, such as
administrative offices, athletic offices, auditoriums, student council offices, computer
laboratories, community development offices, all department classrooms, faculty rooms,
guidance offices, information technology offices, main library, medical and dental
clinics, prayers rooms, and other offices. The appropriate usage of facilities must be
prioritized.
