I am writing to formally inform your good office of my request for the release of
my MG Allowance for the School Year 2020-2021, as this was not credited to my
account.

I have been in the service as a regular-permanent teacher for 32 years and has
recently filed for retirement. My DBP account has been closed on December 27, 2021
and my retirement took effect on January 01, 2022. I am still eligible to receive this
benefit but no amount was credited to my account since the same has already been
closed prior to its release.
