number and it may be downloaded from link available at DSEU official website. Candidates are requested to
check DSEU website regularly.

IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS TO CANDIDATES

1. Please visit the website https://dseu.ac.in/ regularly for any update on the subject matter.

2. The candidates are provisionally permitted to appear in the examination as per the schedule. Issuance of the
Admit Card does not mean that the candidate has been declared eligible for the post. Eligibility, as per
Advertisement and/or RRs for the post, will be verified in due course of recruitment process/stage(s).
3. Total duration of Test is 90 Mints

4. Please ensure to bring the  print-out of this Admit Card along with the filled in format of Self-Declaration
(Undertaking) to the Exam centre, failing which candidate will not be allowed entry in the examination centre.
5. Candidates must carry their original Government issued Photo Identity proof, failing which the candidates will not be
allowed to appear in the examination. The valid photo Identity proofs are Voter ID card, Passport, PAN card, Driving
Licence, Aadhaar card, Bank Passbook with Photo or any other Govt. issued ID Card.
6. The candidate must bring his/her own transparent hand sanitizer bottle (50/100 ml) and personal transparent water
bottle into the examination centre.
7. No request for change of examination centre will be entertained.

8. The candidate must report at the Examination Centre at the scheduled Reporting Time. Candidates will not be
allowed to enter the examination centre after the GATE CLOSING TIME and leave till examination time is over.

9. On completion of Examination, please wait for instructions from the invigilator and do not get up from your seat until
advised. The candidates will be permitted to move out once at a time only.
10. Candidate should ensure to sit on the seat allocated as per the seating plan and to sign on the Attendance Sheet against
his/her Roll No. He/she should also ensure that all the details are correctly recorded/filled on the Attendance Sheet at the
time of signing it.

11. In case photograph printed on admit card is not visible clearly, candidate should paste one passport size photograph on
the admit card and bring one separate stamp size recent photograph and handover to the invigilator for pasting on the
Attendance Sheet.
12. Candidate must wear a suitable/standard mask to cover his/her nose and mouth properly before entering the
Examination Centre and keep it on until he/she exits the Examination Centre. No entry shall be given to candidates
without face mask. However, candidates will have to remove the mask for identification purpose/Videography, if any.
13. Please note that the items listed below are strictly PROHIBITED inside the examination Centre:

Mobile Phone, Bluetooth Device, Ear Buds Or Any Electronic Gadgets/ Equipments, digital/smart watch, Bag,
Handbag, Papers, Notes, Books, Calculator, Correction Marker/White Fluid, Non- Transparent Water Bottle, etc.

It is further clarified that there shall be no arrangement at Examination Centre(s) for keeping the aforesaid items.
If any item is brought by the candidate and the same is lost, neither the Centre nor DSEU will be responsible for
any such loss. Candidates are, therefore, advised either not to carry the aforementioned items with them on the
date of the examination or to make their own arrangement for keeping such items outside the Examination Centre
at their sole risk.
14. Possessing any electronic device such as mobile phone, Calculator, digital/smart watch of any kind or any electronic
equipment, etc. by the candidate inside the Examination Center will be considered as indulging in unfair means and
appropriate civil and/or criminal proceedings will be initiated against such candidate besides cancellation of his/her
candidature.
15. If any candidate is found to have indulged, at any stage of the Examination, in any of the malpractices / irregularities,
using or in possession of such unauthorized material or indulging in copying or adopting unfair means, etc., his/her
candidature shall summarily be disqualified/rejected/cancelled for this recruitment process.
16. Candidates should follow the instructions of the Invigilator/Centre Superintendent/Observers of the Examination Centre
concerned. Non-observance thereof shall result in disqualification / rejection of the candidature of defaulting
candidate(s).
17. If any candidate is found in inebriated state, he/she will not be allowed entry to the Exam Centre.

18. PwD candidates: Who are eligible for Scribe have to arrange his/her own scribe. Such candidates are required to bring
disability medical certificate with them at the time of examination. Copy of valid photo identity card of the Scribe/Reader
signed by the candidate as well as by the Scribe along with duly filled in Declaration available at website
(https://dseu.ac.in/work-with-us/) will have to be submitted on the examination day. Scribe/Reader must also carry the
original valid photo identity card. Visually handicapped (VH) and Orthopedically Handicapped (whose writing speed is
affected by cerebral palsy) candidates who have not opted for scribe are also required to bring disability medical
certificate for availing compensatory time.
19. Scribe arranged by the PwD candidate should not be a candidate of this Examination. Otherwise, candidature of both the
candidates will be summarily rejected/cancelled without any communication in this regard.
20. It is further notified that the candidates with benchmark disabilities opting for own scribe shall have to remain
personally present in the Examination Centre and if a candidate opts for his/ her own scribe, the qualification of the
scribe should be one step below the minimum qualification required for the post of the candidate taking the examination.
In case, subsequently it is found that the qualification of the scribe is not as declared by the candidate, then the candidate
shall forfeit his/ her right to the post and claims relating thereto.
21. Candidates are advised to locate the examination venue, a day in advance so that they may not face any problem on the
day of examination. LATE ENTRY WILL NOT BE ALLOWED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.
22. Candidates may have to undergo the process of frisking apart from the normal process of checking etc.

23. If religion/customs require you to wear specific attire, please visit centre early for thorough checking/frisking.

24. No candidate will be allowed to enter the Examination Centre, without Admit Card, Valid ID Proof and proper frisking.
