INTRODUCTION

It is very important to recognize and understand the skills of the staff you work with, each

one has a unique talent and this is very important to contribute individually with a collective

purpose and solve problems that arise. The organization also starts from knowing the

capacities of our co-workers, because this way I can determine who will be fundamental

pieces when making a decision.

In the formation of work teams, the skills of each individual must be taken into account and

also the ability to work as a team, having these two characteristics mentioned allows to

structure a precise and timely work team for a specific situation.

In this activity we will talk about the importance of forming a good work team and how to

build it, from the experience in the work environment of a member of the presenting group.

The exercise covers experiences of industrial operations in which there are diverse

knowledge that must be prioritized by specific personnel, that is, trained personnel, and the

presentation will be based on this.

1. FORMATION OF HIGH PERFORMANCE TEAMS:

In the selected risk company, operations of an industrial nature and precisely high

activities are carried out, operations are carried out with chemical substances and

other substances that are dangerous for health and human and environmental well-

being.

Recognizing the above.

The formation of the high-performance team occurs when operations are risky and

meticulous in nature, that is where the collaboration of personnel with great

experiences and knowledge who have the ability to face such a situation is required.

The situation begins when there is an emergency process, operations automatically

become risky and that is where the most trained personnel already previously formed

enter and attend to the situation thanks to exercises carried out, experience gained

over the years.

2. VARIABLES TO FORM A HIGH PERFORMANCE TEAM

The high performance team is mainly managed on the basis of emergency situations.

2.1 VARIABLES:

 Uncontrolled emergency operations.

 Situations involving personal injury.

 The operation is unstable with the risk of getting out of control.

The above elements are the variables that initially open the introduction of special or high-

performance equipment, given that the company's foundation is to safeguard operations in a

controlled manner and the lives of personnel, therefore, with minimal risk or prevention. The

high-capacity team is requested and formed, which has the necessary skills to establish order

in operations.

3. CONCLUSIONS

 Train a specific group of personnel in different emergency situations, so that

all employees know about a particular topic and can collaborate to deal with

any emergency.

 Share knowledge that may be essential to respond to emergency situations and

thus have all prior knowledge about what to do and how to do it.

 Create emergency protocols to deal with these situations in a controlled way

based on the experience there over the years.

 Directed and team work in response to any operationally unstable situation,

this being precise and timely action to solve effectively.
