A. Teaching-Learning Process
1. Downloaded and printed the self-learning modules for the first quarter of the
school year.
2. Released and retrieved the self-learning modules.
3. Checked and recorded the written outputs of the students.
4. Adhered the guidelines for the classroom structuring to make it clean and safe
environment conducive for learning.

B. Student Outcomes
1. Maintained and updated students’ school records.
2. Students are required to give potted flowers for the classroom beautification
and in supporting the SHS’s Project—Adorning Classroom: Let’s Bloom
Together!
3. Gave compliments and advice to the students on how to make an outstanding
outputs in Practical Resea

C. Community Involvement
1. Follow up students and parents who incurred failure in submitting the
expected outputs.
2. Designed a clean-up drive activity in preparation to the upcoming barangay
fiesta.
3. Conducted Parents-Teacher Meeting.
4. Elected new set of Homeroom Parent-Teacher Association officers for the
school year 2021-2022 using ballot. The selection of the HPTA officers was
held using the ballot to follow the prescribed protocols to ward off the spread of
the Corona-Virus infection among the voters.
5. Crafted a project design for the classroom development and beautification
with the support of the newly elected HPTA officials.
