When users type in text into Success Criteria and Comments of Goals using bold/italic/underline, text appears with strike-
through

GOAL

Remove strike-through from the Rich Text box

 

SOLUTION

If strike-through text continues to appear in the Rich Text box, then users can fix in one of the next two ways:

Workaround 1:
-------------------

Cut all text from

the Rich Text Box and paste into an alternate editor, e.g., Word. Remove strike-through formatting in the
alternate editor then copy and paste the reformatted text back to the Rich Text Box.

Workaround 2:
-----------------

Customize the
Rich Text editor area to show all options. This will allow the strike-through font icon to be displayed and the
user is able to use this to toggle strike-through font on and off.
Select the Bold/Italic/Underline using CTRL i.e CTRL+B/I/U and
type text. Another workaround is, user can type text,
select the text and select Bold/Italic/Underline.
