PERSONAL REFLECTION NOTES

The Code of Ethics for Teachers is intended to protect the rights of all students.
Teachers must understand that by accepting a teaching position, they are agreeing
to abide by the Code of Ethics.

The job of a teacher is to provide a high-quality education to all students. This fact
must be addressed in a professional code of ethics, which states that teachers must
not show favoritism or discriminate against students. Teachers must also interact
appropriately with students, not taking advantage of them, bullying them, or putting
them down. Contact with students outside of the classroom or school building
should be limited to school-related activities and events.

The Code of Ethics encourages teachers to use data and professional knowledge to
improve the school and, in particular, the students. Teachers must carefully guard
the responsibility they bear. It is also his responsibility to update their knowledge in
order to meet the new learning requirements for the current time.

Even outside of school, it is expected that the school will produce competent,
spiritually oriented students.
