JOINT AFFIDAVIT

I, FLORA P. NAVARRO, of legal age, widow and a resident of Buenasuerte, Pilar, Bohol
Philippines, after being duly sworn in accordance with law, hereby depose and say:

1. That I am one of the heirs of the late JESUSA PUTONG who died intestate and without issue
on February, 2015 at Digos, Davao del Sur;

2. That I know for a fact that during her lifetime, she inherited a parcel of land from her father,
Felix Putong located at Barangay of Buenasuerte, Municipality of Pilar, Province of Bohol,
then containing an area of ONE HUDRED SEVEN THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED
FORTY EIGHT square meters, more or less;

3. That I also have personal knowledge that the one half (1/2) portion of the said parcel of land
equivalent to 53, 674 square meters was sold by the late JESUSA PUTONG to Rograciana
Navea-Pilotos by virtue by a Deed of Absolute Sale before Atty. Bernardo C. Mag-aso, a
Notary Public and entered in the Notarial Register as Doc. No. 336, Page 69, Book III, series
of 1983 on December 30, 1983;

4. That at the same time, I also have personal knowledge that one half (1/2) portion of the said
parcel of land equivalent to 53, 674 square meters was sold by the late JESUSA PUTONG to
Medardo A. Navea by virtue by a Deed of Absolute Sale before Atty. Bernardo C. Mag-aso,
a Notary Public and entered in the Notarial Register as Doc. No. 337, Page 69, Book III,
series of 1983 on December 30, 1983;

5. That by virtue of this presents, I hereby CONFIRM and AFFIRM that portions of the above-
mentioned parcel of land were sold by my aunt to the above-named persons;

6. That I am executing this affidavit to attest to the truth of the foregoing facts and for whatever
legal purpose this may serve.
