RESERVING FOR MILITARY PURPOSES CERTAIN PARCELS OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE MUNICIPALITIES OF PASIG,
TAGUIG, PARAÑAQUE, PROVINCE OF RIZAL AND PASAY CITY
Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and National Resources and pursuant to the authority vested in me by
law, I, CARLOS P. GARCIA, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for military
purposes, under the administration of the Chief of Staff of the Armed Forces of the Philippines, subject to private rights, if any there
be, and other conditions stated hereunder the following parcels of the public domain, situated in the Municipalities of Pasig, Taguig,
Parañaque, Province of Rizal and Pasay City, Island of Luzon, and more particularly described as follows:
Containing an area of THREE MILLION SIXTEEN THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED EIGHTY (3,016,380) square meters, more or less.
Portions of the above described parcel are occupied by the Civil Aeronautics Administration which has the following improvements
existing thereon; communication center; weather forecasting center; overseas and foreign air communication system (OFACS);
international terminal building; central tower; and maintenance and engineering building. The Civil Aeronautics Administration will
continue to make use and occupy the said portions while it has need for them.
PARCEL 3 — A PARCEL OF LAND (Parcel 3 as shown on plan Psu. 2031) situated in Fort Wm McKinley, Rizal, bounded on the N. by
San Pedro Makati Estate, Municipality of Pasay and Parcel 4, Psu. 2031; on the E. by Municipality of Taguig and Laguna de Bay
Lake; on the S. by Maculim Creek and on the W. by Municipality of Taguig and the Manila Railroad Tracks. Beginning at point
marked “1” on the plan, being S. 89 deg. 36′ E; 6226 m. from B.L.L.M. No. 1, Maricaban,
Containing an area of FIFTEEN MILLION EIGHT HUNDRED TWELVE THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED EIGHTY FOUR (15,812,684) SQUARE
METERS, more or less.
PARCEL 4 — A parcel of land (Parcel 4 as shown on the plan Psu 2031) situated in Fort Wm McKinley, bounded on the N. by
Guadalupe Estate and Pasig River; on the E. by Pateros River; on the S. by Parcel 3, Psu 2031. Beginning at point marked “1” on the
plan, beginning S. 36 deg. 32′ E., 5629 meters from B.L.L.M. No. 1, Maricaban,
Containing an area of SEVEN MILLION SIX HUNDRED SIXTY THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED TWENTY EIGHT (7,660,128) SQUARE
METERS, more or less.
Beginning at a point marked “1” on plan, being N 78º 35′ E, 4821.22 meters from B.L.B.M. No. 1, Maricaban;
point of beginning.
B. Tra c Circle:
Beginning at a point marked “A” on plan, being S 16 deg. 21′ W., 93.07 meters from point 4, (Note: This line coincide with the line
from point 3 to point 4; Parcel 4-A, designated as the American Battle Monument Cemetery); thence N 23 deg. 01′ 09″ E., 57 meters
to point “C” (Center of Tra c Circle). With point “C” as center and radius CA (57 meters length) an arc is described from “A” to “B”, a
point on the line from point 4 to point 5, Parcel 4-A with an equivalent arc length of 288.52 meters. Containing an area of SEVEN
THOUSAND NINETY THREE (7,093) square meters.
C. Diplomatic and Consular Area consisting of 10 has., more or less, and particularly described and indicated in Annex 2, U.S.
Diplomatic Note No. 0634, dated December 5, 1956 to the Department of Foreign Affairs, Philippines.
