Job Responsibilities:
 To monitor the safety performance of projects and to maintain good safety culture by
complying with company safety standards, legal and other requirements.
 Carry out site visit and monitor the implementation of the various HSE procedures.
 Organize and participate in weekly and monthly safety meetings.
 Conduct risk assessment for any new activity / new machine / facility, in consultation with
project manager wherever required
 Investigate all accidents / incidents, near misses, dangerous occurrences and safety
complaint in coordination with project manger / project in charge.
 Ensure tool box talks are conducted to all workmen by their foremen / supervisor prior to
commence work each day
 Identify unsafe acts and counsel respective individuals.
 Analyze all near miss cases and first aid cases and come out with corrective actions to
eliminate the same in the future.
