This role is a part of Global Supply Management-P2P Ops group within Global Services Group.
Specifically, the position will be a critical part of the GCP Client Incentives team, responsible for the
analysis, interpretation, profiling and secondary review of contractual terms and obligations in the
Card Incentive System (CIS) within defined SLA. The position will be responsible for a thorough
review of the contractual terms that American Express has with our corporate clients. The role will
also be expected to ensure robust monitoring and reporting of various measures, initiatives, and
overall delivery levels of contract set-ups.

Role & Responsibilities:

 Review Client Incentive Contracts, executed between Amex & it’s corporate clients, and
interpret the associated financial terms
 Set up financial terms in the Amex System in line with the client contract – Client Contracts
are profiled in Amex System
 Perform quality check of financial terms profiled in Amex System (vs. Client Contract) by
other members in the team

 Work closely with key stakeholders (Account Managers, Pricing, Contract Management,
Controllership, Finance, Client Incentive Payment Operations, etc.) to review the draft deals
and provide inputs/suggestions to the business

 Interact with various work groups, viz. Pricing, Account Managers, Finance and Technology
to identify specific areas of focus and issues requiring leadership attention, flag any pressure
points, and resolve time sensitive issues
 Ensuring the timely and accurate setup of financial terms of the Client’s contract. The
incumbent needs to take a proactive approach and follow up with account manager to
ensure closure of any open clarifications/inputs
 The incumbent is required to provide inputs for the monthly governance calls for their
market/client and highlight all those cases that needs leadership attention
 Ensure compliance with all prevalent procedures and policies linked to the process. Besides
the above, the position will work closely with GSM leadership and be a part of the
coordination and implementation of initiatives around operational transformation, data
integrity and customer priorities.

Required Skills:

 Eye for detail, strong analytical skills and ability to comprehend complex contractual terms
into financial implications for the business
 Good understanding of products (B2B, Corporate Cards, Corporate Purchasing Cards,
Meeting Cards, etc.)
 Knowledge of Sales Force (One Force) & Oracle system will be an added advantage
 This is an individual contributor role but experience into people leadership will be an added
advantage

Academic Qualification:

 Graduate with total 5+ years industry experience


 Min. 1-2 years of relevant experience is required
