SERIES OF 2022

A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE SANGGUNIANG KABATAAN CHAIRPERSON AND SANGGUNIANG

KABATAAN TREASURER OF BARANAGAY 8 POBLACION TO OPEN CURRENT ACCOUNT AND TRANSACT
OFFICIAL BUSINESS WITH LAND BANK OF THE PHILIPPINES – SURIGAO BRANCH WITH ACCOUNT NAME
BARANGAY 8 POBLACION, DAPAC, S.D.N. FUND.

WHEREAS, LAIANNA LUCY C. NAVARRO is the elected barangay Sangguniang Kabataan

Chairperson and ACE N. CONSIGNA is the appointed Sangguniang Kabataan treasurer of this
barangay;

WHEREAS, it has been mandated by the law that the Sangguniang Kabataan will have a separate
account from the barangay for the disbursement of SK Funds which will be solely used for youth
development and empowerment purposes;

WHEREAS, the new set of Sangguniang Kabataan officers particularly the SK Chaiperson and SK
Treasurer will now be authorized to open an account , sign checks and other documents for and
in behalf of Barangay 8 Poblacion Sangguniang Kabataan;

Whereas, the authorized signatories are SK Chairperson and SK Treasurer whose signatures
appears below:

WHEREAS, upon the motion of SK Member Mara H. Pondang and duly seconded by the rest of
the SK Kagawads present, this resolution is hereby approved.

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, that a copy of this resolution be

furnished to Land Bank of the Philippines - Surigao Branch for present and future reference.

RESOLVED FURTHER, that the copies of this resolution be furnished to the office of DILG, and
other offices as it may deem concerned.

RESOLVED FINALLY, that the above resolution valid and existing until revoke or amended.

ADOPTED on this 26th day of May , 2022 in Barangay 8 Poblacion, Dapa , Surigao del Norte.
