Dear Attorney Ruzumna:

Jay Inslee’s black friends Paula Sardinas and her buddy Jim Buchanan are both criminals, and Sardinas
has shown zero respect for the law for decades behind the wheel of a car.

In contrast I am not a criminal, have zero criminal background and a relatively lean driving record so you
need to think about that for while we listen to you pander to Attorney York and his criminal traffic
scofflaw client Paula Sardinas:

The issues I am uncovering are legitimate public interest story Attorney Ruzumna whether you or
Attorneys York and Otto like it or not so my speech was and is fully protected by the State and Federal
Constitution and the State Anti-SLAPP laws as will be seen on Appeal and in my Defamation case against
Paula Sardinas for falsely claiming that I am a disbarred Attorney or did you not read the file…
apparently not because you sat there for 40 minutes and never referenced a single thing I filed in court.
You do not have Judicial Discretion to do that and as such this video and a related Court filing will great
you in a professional Ethics Complaint.

Now then First and foremost you work for me. You don’t just work for Attorney York or for friends of Jay
Inslee.

You talk about a Civil Action well didn’t you already see in the file that I was filing a Civil Action myself,
and I have done so and Attorney York had not opted in to receive e-Service as required by Law?

But more importantly you sat there through 40 minutes of their proven lies and you

a) Never once referred to anything I filed in the Record and;

b) Never once asked Attorney York to play the entire recording of where I said three times in a row
“John Wick you legally” but they cut that off materially changing the quote, and;
c) Never once asked Attorney York to verify that I actually spent four minutes talking about Ollie
Garrett’s slain brother when what I did was to spend 1 minute out of 4 minutes on that matter
which Paula brought up to me the same day she secured Counsel and AFTER she had written me
to tell her not to contact her again. It’s all in the file if you care to actually read it this time.

The other minutes I spent continuing to ask for information from the Board to which I am legally
entitled. Now that I got some of it I see that Jay Inslee and Ollie Garrett’s other pal Jim Buchanan is also
a criminal with bad checks and as you already know his business Partner outright stated that he is an
embezzler, and the only black cannabis people to get licenses in the so-called equity era come through
these black people.

That is a legitimate public interest story Attorney Ruzumna whether you or Attorneys York and Otto like
it or not so my speech was and is fully protected by the State and Federal Constitution and the State
Anti-SLAPP laws as will be seen on Appeal and in my Defamation case against Paula Sardinas for falsely
claiming that I am a disbarred Attormey.

Oh I’m quite with it Sir. And everyone listening to our International podcast will soon see that. I’m with it
enough to secure the dismissal of bogus criminal actions by unauthorized agents at the WSLCB for
Hempfest Director Levi Lyon and Bud Tender Cyjo Raylene Hall too.

You are the one who is not quite with it. And for your actions I will be filing an Ethics Complaint on you
just as I have done with Attorneys York and Otto for materially misrepresenting what is going on here.

And while I’m at it where are the documents I filed into Court that I was forced to pay ACB legal $150 to
serve on Attorney York? They just disappeared from the visible Docket sheet but don’t you worry I have
a snapshot of the original filings.

And I see you reside out near Paula, where I used to volunteer at Marymoor until Paula and her lawyers
pulled this little stunt. You best watch your children and wife out there in case she runs yet another red
light and kills someone.

CANON 1 A JUDGE SHALL UPHOLD AND PROMOTE THE INDEPENDENCE, INTEGRITY, AND
IMPARTIALITY OF THE JUDICIARY, AND SHALL AVOID IMPROPRIETY AND THE APPEARANCE OF
IMPROPRIETY.

CANON 2 A JUDGE SHOULD PERFORM THE DUTIES OF JUDICIAL OFFICE IMPARTIALLY, COMPETENTLY,
AND DILIGENTLY.

…..You simply cannot honor those Canons when you don’t review anything that one of the Parties filed.

ADDENDUM

Ben York: "He just lies and lies...."

Ordinary Court: "Do you have him in documented lies or is it just opinion or statements you
don't like?"

David Ruzumna: "Okay cool you said it, I'll take it as true then....I don’t have to read or address
anything that Mr. King is saying…. I'm so sorry Ms. Sardinas for your pain..."

Also in regards to the deprecatory comment that I am “not quite with it” I seem to be “with it” quite
well given that now we are aware that the Jay Inslee’s friend and Complaining Party in my case is a
criminal and I am not; she is further a traffic scofflaw by any measure and I am not; Jay Inslee and
Seattle Times friend Jim Buchanan is a criminal and I am not; and we now have proof and a case
number for the $400,000.00 allegation made by BEiC/Emerald Haze co-Founder Aaron Barfield along
with the back-stabbing claims; we are still waiting for the rest of the documents but those will be
obtained via Subpoena Duces Tecum in King v. Sardinas, 22-2-09748-5 SEA (sounding in Defamation and
Anti-SLAPP).

I have attached:

a) a recent filing in Sardinas v. King that shows the past Buchanan criminality with current
allegations of embezzlement and many of the Sardinas traffic scofflaw violations past and present,
criminal charges, habitual offender issues and at least one apparent conviction.

To that I am now adding:

b) A copy of the Paula Lashea Mateo (Sardinas) Comprehensive Report (which does not include her
current Washington offenses) from a current licensed PI who has previously been identified to
Counsel for Paula Sardinas;

c) A copy of a $300,000.00 Judgment against Jim Buchanan;

d) A copy of a $75,000.00 Judgment against Jim Buchanan.

Lastly I will recall the warning that is incorporated in the Rule 59/Rule 201 document:

What needs to happen here, is that your client and his friends need to start talking about global
resolution of this mess; none of which is our fault.

Not. One. Bit.

We will be more than happy to continue this conversation in private pursuant to Rule 408
otherwise the entire World is about to hear the Truth; the choice is yours.
