5. Taekwondo 9:30 am to 10:30 (I-V)
10:30 am to 11:30 (IX onwards)
5. Dance - 8:30 am to 9:30 am (VI-VIII)
9:30 am to 10:30 (I-V)
10:30 am to 11:30 (IX onwards)
(classical, semi-classical, folk, Bollywood
& free style)
Registration charges `1200/- for each activity. The fees are to be deposited in the school office during
office hours.
Consent slip for summer camp
Students must come in proper sports kit. No conveyance will be provided by the school.

Note:
 Last date for submitting the dully filled form along with the fee in accounts office is 16th May 2022.
 Students from other institutions if referred by Springfield School parents can also join the summer camp.
(Please attach a copy of AADHAR card along with the form)
 In case you wish to opt for two activity periods charges will be same for each period.
 If any student misbehaves, the school reserves the right to terminate his/her registration.
 The name of the best student in each category will be announced on the 18th June 2022.
 There will be no Summer Camp of Sundays.
 Those students who opt for skating should bring their skates along with them.
 Those who require the form may collect it from Ms. Sudha Sharma.
