Say the hour first and then the minutes.

maintenance of my car because I’m going to do the technical mechanical review in JUNE.
John: Ok, give me a moment, I will check the agenda.
Jeremy: Thank you. If you give the appointment for tomorrow morning, I will be there as early as
possible.
John: I’m sorry, sir. The only one time available is at 10:30 am . Is it ok?
Jeremy: Well, I think it’s late for me… but I agree. I think I will put off the other activities I had planned at
that time.
John: Could you tell me your name in spelling, please? It’s to schedule the appointment.
