Netflix Final Report

First, the purpose of this new IS system is because in the first quarter,
the streaming giant reported losing 200,000 subscribers, marking the
first time it lost subscribers in over 10 years. On top of that, Netflix
expects to lose another 2 million more subscribers in the second
quarter of 2022.
Implementation:
To Begin with, we need different ways to improve the IS. To improve
Netflix, we need to choose what is a top priority. For example,
someone could address improving Netflix service availability, content
quality and diversity, the user experience for a cohort, improving
existing features, adding new ones, expanding for new services (e.g.,
Netflix Music), etc.
Then we need to do some analysis of the current IS system and the new
IS system. We are going to provide methods to design and analyse IT
solutions for the by making SWOT Analysis, B2C IS, DFD (Data Flow
Diagram), Use case diagram and A class diagram.

In the end, the main reason for a new IS system for the business is to
eliminate the problems that we had identified in the current system.
Prepare a new logical model that will help the company grow.
