MOTION FOR CORRECTION OF ENTRY

Comes now, the Movant, thru the undersigned counsel, and unto this
Honorable Office, most respectfully move for the correction of entry in the
Transfer Clearance of Shahane Jane E. Sarte, and aver:

ARGUMENTS

That on January 2022, the under signed Movant-Buyer/Movant-

Owner/Movant-Atty-in-Fact, received a copy of the Transfer Clearance of
the above captioned case.

That upon submission to the Registry of Deeds, the Title Transfer

could not be registered and acted upon, as there was a discrepancy in the
DAR Clearance issued by the Honorable Office of the DAR, Digos City.

That upon perusal of the records, it appears that there was a mistake
in the DAR Clearance issued, particularly the date written as when the
Deed of Absolute Sale was executed. An original copy of it submitted with
the date July 8, 2021 in your good office, however, a different date was
indicated in the copy submitted with the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR).
The true date was July 9, 2021. The real copy of the deed of absolute sale
is herein attached. The DAR Clearance issued by the Honorable DAR
Provincial Office is hereto attached as ANNEX A, while the error is hereto
marked as ANNEX A-1.

That the truth of the matter is, the said error was by mere
inadvertence of the applicant. The applicant requests for additional copies
of the Deed of Absolute Sale but did not bother to check the date encoded
in the extra copies. The Copy of the Deed of Absolute Sale submitted to
the BIR is attached as ANNEX B.
That considering this case is non-adversarial and it is but a mere
correction of a clerical error, no rights of any party may be adversely
affected by the correction of the same.
 PRAYER

WHEREFORE, premises considered, the undersigned counsel

respectfully prays that the transfer clearance issued by the Honorable DAR
Provincial Office be corrected as argued above.

Other just and equitable reliefs are likewise prayed for.
