AFFIDAVIT OF SELF-ADJUDICATION BY A
SOLE HEIR WITH ABSOLUTE SALE

         I, ANITA LIBRANDO FRANCISCO, of legal age, Filipino, widow and

a resident of Hagonoy, Davao del Sur after having been duly sworn to in
accordance with law, depose and state:

1. That I am the only surviving heir of my husband OLIMPIO S. FRANCISCO

who died without any last will and testament on October 27, 2021 in
Hagonoy, Davao del Sur as evidenced by his Death Certificate issued by the
Municipality of Hagonoy hereto attached as Annex “A” and made an
integral part of this Affidavit; 

2. That at the time of his death, my husband had no debts, liabilities or

obligations to any persons, agency or institution;

3. That he left parcels of land in Dolo, Bansalan Davao del Sur covered by
Transfer Certificate of Title No. CARP-00787 and CARP-00788, containing an
area of 29,600 square meters and 400 square meters respectively, more or
less, particularly described to wit:

A parcel of agricultural land situated in Barangay Dolo, Municipality of

Bansalan, Province of Davao del Sur, Island of Mindanao, Philippines,
containing an area of TWENTY-NINE THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED (29,600)
square meters, Lot no. 2768-E, PSD-11-024929 (AR).

Transfer Certificate of Title No. CARP-00788

A parcel of agricultural land situated in Barangay Dolo, Municipality of

Bansalan, Province of Davao del Sur, Island of Mindanao, Philippines,
containing an area of FOUR HUNDRED (400) square meters, Lot no. 2768-F,
PSD-11-024929 (AR).

4. That pursuant to Rule 74, Sec. 1 of the Rules of Court, I, being the sole heir
of the said deceased, hereby adjudicate unto myself the above-described
properties by means of this Affidavit and hereby files the same with the
Register of Deed of the Province of Davao del Sur with the request that the
said adjudication be made effective without judicial proceeding as prescribed
by the aforementioned provision of the Rules of Court.

5. That I do hereby SELL, CEDE, TRANSFER and CONVEY the above-

described parcels of land unto and in favor of JULITA T. ALDA, her heirs,
successors-in-interest and assigns, free from all liens and encumbrances
whatsoever, for and in consideration of the amount of FOUR HUNDRED
THOUSAND PESOS ONLY (Php 400,000.00), Philippine Currency, in hand
paid to me by the latter.

That I am executing this Affidavit to attest the veracity of the foregoing facts
and for whatever legal purpose or intent this may serve best.
