    Week 15 - Task: Assignment - Health


    problems

    Introduction:
    Hello friends, the weekend I went to a nightclub in Viña del
    Mar, I had an incredible time I got together with the friends of
    my class. There was delicious food, snacks, snacks, there
    was also an open bar; I had several frozen liqueurs and there
    was also a huge pool. That day I had so much fun that we left
    at 4 in the morning and took a taxi to take us home.
    It was a lot of fun the worst part was when I got sick, I
    suffered from colic and I couldn't go to work because they
    gave me medical leave.
    Body
    I got sick due to the various frozen drinks I drank, I neglected
    myself, I did not dress warmly and the sea breeze was very
    strong. I shouldn't have entered the pool, it was night and it
    was very cold.
    The next day I woke up with a cold, headache and chills, I
    should be more careful for the next time. I went to make an
    appointment at the hospital to be treated, but the headache
    was severe, so I went to the pharmacy and bought a pill.
    When the doctor treated me he told me that I should be more
    careful when exposing my body to so much cold, it could give
    me pneumonia, that I should not self-medicate, and he is
    right I should be more careful, he also told me that I had the
    flu, I should be warmer and that I should avoid only frozen
    things.
    Conclusion:
    Following the doctor's instructions, I understood that I should
    be more cautious, take more care of my health. At the
    moment I should not drink any alcoholic beverages.
    Throughout the day I must take the pills that the doctor
    prescribed. In the afternoon I have to drink an infusion to
    refresh my stomach and eat light food. I have decided to
    leave the fun for a while and dedicate myself more to myself
