looking forward to our meeting. Please take a seat.

contacted you yesterday. Mam, may I ask your name?

Mr. Leo: My name is Azizi, and it's great to meet you!

Agent: Thank you, sir, for your time and effort in making this appointment a success. Now, let

me get down to business.

Mr. Leo: I've come here to see if I can rent out my property or if I should sell it. I'm really

stumped as to what I should do.

Agent: Don't be concerned, sir. Trust us, and we'll take care of it.

Where is your property located, Agent:

Mr. Leo: 10 Rawdon Hill Drive, Dandenong North, VIC 3175 is my address.

Agent: So, what's the deal with you selling your house?
Mr. Leo: I'd want to live in a house built in the 1950s.

Agent: Is there a specific reason for this? Is there a problem with the house?

Mr. Leo: No, there's nothing wrong with the house; I'm just looking for a change.

Agent: Okay, now let me ask you a few more questions so that I understand your needs and the

condition of the home you own.

Mr. Leo: Of course, it was purchased in 2010.

Agent: How is the house in terms of condition? Is it in need of renovation? Is there any risk of

harm?

Mr. Leo: It does need some work, but there is no damage.

Agent: Sir, please tell me about the building's construction, when it was built, and whether the

authorities engaged in the construction were lawful and liable or not.

Mr. Leo: Thank you, sir. This house was brand new when I acquired it, and the builders sold it

to me because they owned the property. They were well-known as a period of exceptional

construction and architecture.

What kind of architecture is this, Agent?

approximately $ 780.00 per annum plus use.

Agent: I've taken note of everything, sir, and I'll need some time to figure out which option is

best for you. By the way, sir, are there any energy sources that are sufficiently efficient?

Mr. Leo: Thank you, sir. There is a minor issue with gas. The majority of the time, it is not

available on weekends.

Agent: This is one of the primary difficulties that can lower the value of your home. Is there any

other danger or anything?
