TUITION AND OTHER FEES

Year Per annum The process for payment of tuition fees, IT access fee, Challenge Week/Outdoor
Transition $18,670 Education Program and the resource and activity fee is by way of 10 monthly
instalments due on the 15th of the month from February to November inclusive.
Kindergarten $21,140 Statements are available to view on the Parent Portal on a monthly basis.

Years 1–2 $22,830 For payment of 2021 tuition and other fees, Abbotsleigh is launching a new online
payment portal. All families, new and existing, are requested to register online via
Years 3–4 $24,880 this link https://payments.abbotsleigh.nsw.edu.au to set up a direct debit from
a nominated bank account or credit card by 17 January 2021. This registration
Years 5–6 $27,600 authorises Abbotsleigh to automatically deduct the tuition and other fees as per
the instalments referred to above.
Years 7–8 $32,510
Registration on this new online payment portal also enables parents to make
Years 9–10 $33,340 ongoing monthly donations to the Abbotsleigh Foundation.
Years 11–12 $34,630 If the School considers that a student needs intensive English support, parents/
guardians may be required to pay additional fees.
AbbSchool fees are billed separately from tuition and other fees.
BOARDING Courses studied outside the normal School program may attract additional fees
and charges.
Year Per annum If a student is absent from the School, fees will not be refunded in whole or in part.
Years 7–12 $29,590# Late payment of fees or instances where fee payments are regularly dishonoured
by the parent’s banker may incur an administration fee. If all the fees and charges
are not paid when due, the School may terminate the enrolment of the student.
FULL FEE PAYING OVERSEAS STUDENTS (FFPOS) ENTRY FEES
CRICOS Provider Code 02270F The following three entry fees apply to each student and are not credited
towards tuition and other fees:

A non-refundable application fee of $370 per student must accompany the

A non-refundable acceptance fee of $1,500 per student is payable to confirm
Kindergarten $31,390 acceptance in the event that the School offers a place. This payment secures a
Years 1–2 $33,360 place in the specific school year and calendar year offered by the School.
A non-refundable entrance fee of $2,000 per student is payable two years prior
Years 3–4 $35,140 to entry of new students. The payment of this fee finalises the enrolment process
Years 5–6 $37,850 for a student.
Please Note:
Years 7–8 $42,750 Regardless of whether the student is an Australian citizen/resident or a full
fee paying overseas student, if the parents/guardians of the student reside
Years 9–10 $43,590
overseas, they must pay an amount approximating the first semester’s tuition
Years 11–12 $44,870 fees (plus boarding fees if relevant) at least six months before commencement.
This advance payment will not be refunded if the student is withdrawn in the six
months prior to commencement.
BOARDING FFPOS WITHDRAWAL
If a student wishes to withdraw from the School, a term’s notice in writing must

CHANGE IN BOARDING/DAY STATUS

Students enrolled as boarders must remain as boarders for the duration of their
enrolment unless otherwise agreed in writing by the School. The allocation of
places at the School depends on this commitment.

FINANCIAL PREPARATION FOR SCHOOLING COSTS

Some parents enter plans with external bodies to help them prepare for the
costs of private schooling in a flexible, tax effective manner. Some service plans
accept responsibility for the payment of school fees which the parent member
then repays over monthly instalments. This is not a recommendation but a
referral only for:
