FAQ’s
1. How will I get permanent employee id?
Once employee id is created, recruiter will connect with you. Otherwise, you can also check the status
from your recruiter.

2. How do I get photo id and access card?


Once you receive your employee id, you need to connect with IBMS Team.

3. How will I get my appointment letter?


Once joining formalities are completed, recruiter will provide your appointment letter.

4. Who will be my supervisor?


Recruiter will help to introduce you to your supervisor.

5. What will be my shift timings?


Shift timings varies from project to project. However, your general shift timings are 12.00PM-9:00PM/
1:00PM-10:00PM.

6. Will I get the Cab facility?


We provide the drop facility if your residence comes under the hiring zone. You have to manage one
side commute on your own. Drop will be provided to you once you enrolled yourself for cab roster. You
can check from the facilities team during the session on the day of joining during the Induction
regarding the hiring zone.

7. How can I claim Medical Insurance? What’s the procedure?


An employee needs to showcase the EXL I-Card and declare the Policy number to avail the cashless facility
at any Network Hospital. You can check policy number on Digital HR Tab (Planet EXL portal). You can get
the latest network hospital detail go through the below steps:
Step 1: Go to https://fhpl.net/ or download FHPL Sparrow app.
Step 2: Click on hospital Search
Step 3: Select Insurance Co. name “National Insurance Company Ltd”
Step 4: Select State & City or Hospital Name (for individual hospital)
Step 5: Click on Show Info.

8. How can I mark my attendance?
Once you have excess of EXL device, you can mark your attendance through ATLAS portal as explained in
the onboarding process. Till the time you won’t have access of EXL device, you can get in touch with
your supervisor for marking attendance.

9. How to know the status of my EXL laptop?


You can connect with your POC/ buddy assigned to you from your team.

10. Are there any specific training/s to be completed after Joining?


Yes - EXL's online ISG training is mandatory. In addition, you will be required to share the screenshot of
Completion of ISG Training with your recruiter.

11. I am unable to login on TYDY using my personal mail id. How can I login on TYDY by using my corporate
mail id as a username?
Since now you are EXL employee you would need to use your company credentials to login. Please
follow the below steps.
