Read the following:

ORDER:

. The Government have decided to repatriate Non-Locals in the units of

appomtment who have been identified as working in deviation to the Provisions of
Presidential Order and transfer to their respective local cadre.

2. The Commissioner of Commercial Taxes, AP. Hyderabad has furnished a list of

Non-Local employees who are working in deviation of the Presidential Order to their
respective Local Cadres.

3. Government having examined the entire issue keeping in view the instructions

issued in the Memos 2 and 3 read above, hereby order the transfer of employees as
shown in the Annexure to this order, as per the provisions of para 5 (2) (C) of the
Presidential Order to their respective Local Cadres against the existing vacancies. The
Commissioner of Commercial Taxes, A.P., Hyderabad shall send the employees to their
respective Local Cadres in cases where there are no vacancies. on deputation and send
pni posals for creation of supernumerary posts.

4. The Commissioner of Commercial Taxes, Hyderabad, shall take further action

in the matter accordingly.
