Conditions for Regular Shop

1. Merchant panel will be provided to seller by Evaly, through the Merchant panel sellers will be
able to see all the picked and processing orders.
2. In terms of regular shop there will be a particular and specified commission that will be given to
Evaly.
3. Once customer pays for the invoice, Evaly will pick those invoices and will notify sellers to deliver
the product to the respective customer.
4. If the Customer pays through Bkash, Nagad or any other payment gateway for a product that is
neither discounted nor paid through Evaly balance, Evaly will picked the order through merchant
panel and will notify the seller within one day, once the order is picked and notified, seller must
deliver the product within 7 days.
5. If the Customer pays through Evaly balance or pays for a discounted product, Evaly will then put
the order in Picked option through the merchant panel, once the order is in the picked option,
seller must deliver the product within 45 days.
6. In terms of picked order, seller will send the product to the respective courier service,
afterwards seller will select the “Shipped” option in the merchant panel and in that option, seller
should provide the tracking ID that is been given to them by the courier company.
For example - Product is shipped through …………, Tracking ID…………
7. In Regular shop, seller will deliver the product by themselves, Evaly will not take any delivery
responsibilities.
8. Once the product is delivered, any complain given by customer will be handled by the respective
seller.
9. Once Seller delivers the product to the respective customer, Seller will provide the invoice and
amount to Evaly, afterwards Evaly will audit the invoice, once the audit is approved Evaly will
pay the seller after 30 days.
Conditions for Priority shop

1. The core feature of Priority shop is that, Evaly will deliver products within 24 hours in Dhaka and
within 72 hours outside Dhaka.
2. At first, Seller will provide Evaly their SKU list, afterwards Evaly will screen through the list and
will approve those products (along with the quantity amount) that has regular demand in
market.
3. Afterwards, Seller will deliver those selected products to Evaly’s warehouse situated in Boliarpur.
4. After the selected products are inbounded in Evaly’s warehouse, Evaly will live those products in
their Priority shop.
5. If any product that is inbounded in Evaly’s warehouse gets “out of Stock”, Evaly will notify the
seller to supply more of that product to Evaly’s warehouse.
6. In terms of payment, once the Evaly’s warehouse authority approves the delivery chalan, then
Evaly will audit the invoice given by the seller, once the audit is approved, Evaly will pay the
seller after 30 days.
7. If any product does not get sold within one month, then that particular product will be returned
to the respective seller.
Conditions For Cyclone Campaign

1. The core feature of the Cyclone campaign is that it gets live on every Friday. This is
the biggest campaign of Evaly where the highest number of products are being sold.
2. Every week, Evaly authority contacts the seller and discuss what product should get
live to the following campaign.
3. Evaly expects the highest margin from seller while the product is getting selected for
the following cyclone.
4. Following the discount given by the sellers, Evaly will put specific discount (depend
on the product situation in the market) and will live the product. The main reason for
giving further discount is to attract potential customers and these discounted
amounts is allocated in the marketing budget of Evaly.
5. If any seller does not want to ruin their traditional channel of distribution due to the
discount given by Evaly then seller can set the discounted amount for that particular
product.
6. After the campaign is over, Customer will get 7 days to pay for the ordered items.
7. Once Evaly receives the payment, Evaly will send the Purchase order (PO) to the
respected seller.
8. The seller should deliver those products that are listed in the purchase order within
45 working days in Evaly’s warehouse.
9. If the product received by the customer comes out faulty or defective then Seller should
take the responsibilities for change or after sales service.
10. Product that is inbounded in Evaly’s warehouse by the seller, Evaly will deliver those
particular products to the respective customer.
11. Afterwards Evaly will audit the invoice, once the audit is approved Evaly will pay the seller
after 30 days.
Conditions for T10 Campaign

The following features regarding “T10” were discussed in the meeting

 No more deep discounts, 10-15% discount on lifting will be offered


 Only ready stock products of sellers will be live on T10
 Customer will pay 10% advance and will place order
 After the order is placed, within 2 days the respected KAM will send PO to the
particular seller.
 Within 4 days from the customer order, products will be inbounded in the Evaly’s
warehouse.
 Evaly will take the responsibility to deliver those goods to Customers and the
remaining payment will be taken after the goods are delivered. Cash on delivery will
be used1.
 Minimum 20 sellers required to onboard in the T10 campaign
 If necessary, send PO after every two days to keep updated and sellers from on will
deliver in small amount in comparison to previous cyclone module
 In terms of gift cards, 100% advance payment will be taken and within 2days the gift
cards will be activated

If sellers deliver the product, then they will get the 90% payment which will affect Evaly’s cash flow.
