Glenshire Commons and Lake Association Board Meeting September 15, 2021

Present: Clark Ahlden, Lee Alexander, Sharon Hecht, Susan Johnston, Chance Riggins and Judy Seyb.

Call to order: Susan called the meeting to order at 6:28 pm. The minutes of the August 18, 2021
meeting were read. Sharon moved to accept the minutes. Susan seconded. The motion passed.

Treasurer’s Report: Chance presented his report. A payment was made to Vicky for landscaping work.
An order was placed for small fish to restock the lake at a cost of $200. Susan was reimbursed for
stamps. Clark moved to accept the treasurer’s report as written. Sharon seconded, and the motion
carried.

Lake Commons Maintenance: Sharon talked with the residents of 1404 and 1406 Glenshire. The
redbud tree is doing better. Sharon will research costs for repairing the bed at 1404, but no action will
be taken this year. Susan looked into having the trees around the lake trimmed and found a
reasonable estimate. We will have that work done.

Website: Le reports no new emails or comments. Lee will post the information concerning the
October 5th annual meeting. Susan mailed the postcards for the meeting two weeks ago.

Next Meeting: The next meeting will be the annual meeting Tuesday, October 6th at the south dock,
with the board meeting to take place immediately after, at Sharon’s home.

Susan adjourned the meeting at 6:50 pm.
