EGGPLANT Pork
Tuna

Lasagna Tomato sauce


Lasagna pasta
Avocato
Eggplant
Onion
Lemon juice
Salt
Pepper
Steps
1. First boil the water.
2. When the water has boiled, add the lasagna pasta to the boiling water
until is soft.
3. Then slice 3 eggplants in medium slices and cook it.
4. Carve the pork and put tomato sauce.
5. When the pasta is ready, make a layer on a long recipe.
6. Add a layer of eggplant and sprinkle salt and pepper.
7. After that, add a layer of the pork.
8. Add another layer of pasta and eggplant with salt and pepper.
9. Add to the tuna tomato sauce and make a layer of tuna.
10. Add a last layer of pasta and eggplant with salt and pepper.
11. To make the guacamole, in a food processor add avocado, pieces of
onion, lemon juice and process all, when it’s ready put it in the top of
the lasagna for decoration.
