RECOVATION OF POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

WHEREAS, under the date of February 20, 2015, I, Juan dela Cruz, executed a Power
of Attorney, naming and appointing Maria Reyes as my true and lawful attorney-in-fact, for the
purposes and with the powers set forth in the instrument, which was rarified before Atty. Pedro
Santos, Notary Public in and for Manila, as per Doc. No, 1, Page No. 2, Book No. 3, Series of
2015 of his Notarial Register.

WHEREAS, I now desire to revoke and terminate the said Power of Attorney and render
it without further force and effect;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, Juan dela Cruz, by virtue of these presents, hereby REVOKE,
ANNUL, and make VOID the said power of attorney and all granted, or internded to be given or
granted to said Maria Reyes.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand this 3 rd day of March, 2015 in
Manila, Philippines.
