The meeting started at exactly 1:00 in the afternoon. It was spearheaded by our school
head together with all the teaching staff.
The following agenda were tackled during the meeting:
1. Graduation day scheduled on July 15 at 5pm while Moving up at 10:00 AM. And the
Recognition rites and stakeholders convergence scheduled n July 14 at 8:00 AM. The
school head made the division of labor to the teachers for the smooth preparation of
graduation and recognition rites.
2. Schedule of school Checking of forms also discussed. In Grade 1 -6 will be on July 10
at 1PM and July 11 for Kindergarten.
3. Teachers also prepare for their ACR Innovations. Teachers should have a photo
documentation in all PPA’s in short bond paper to be submitted on July 8.
4. Teachers also prepare the title cover page of RPMS to be submitted on July 10, and the
initial checking is on July 19. Then July 26 is the final submission.
5. Teachers also announced to the parents to have a SPTA Assembly meeting at _PM..

All the teachers agreed upon the agenda of the meeting. The meeting ended at ____PM.
