SECTION 7 WARRANTY – Materials supplied, and workmanship has warranty

of one (1) year from completion and acceptance of the building by the OWNER .
Warranty to begin on Defects arising from abuse, misuse, tampering, improper maintenance
repair by unauthorized service personnel, and or force such as fire, earthquake, flood and other
abnormal conditions are excluded from above warranty. The above condition is only applied
to the area where modifications and alterations are done.
