3J Scholarship Program

This Axie Infinity scholarship program contract is entered on the 8th of August 2021 by
______________, __ y.o of legal age, residing at _________________________ known as
scholar and Jon Adrian D Ebora , 26 y.o of legal age, residing at 21 F Turquoise st. Doña
Juana Subd Brgy Rosario Pasig City known as manager. Both parties agree to be bounded
by the terms set forth in this agreement as follows:

1. Scholar shall farm a minimum of 150 SLP (Daily) 1050 SLP (Weekly) 4500 SLP (Monthly) to
stay in the scholarship program. In the case of a server maintenance the scholar shall report the
issue to the manager to be exempted from the daily quota.

2. During cash out, IF the scholar farms at least 150 SLP, the scholar will get 40% of farmed
SLP.

3. Once the scholar farms a total of 16500 SLP within 100 days or less, whichever comes first,
succeeding farmed SLP above the minimum (see number 1) will be subject to 50% scholar and
50% manager.

4. The manager will monitor scholar's account daily. Scholar is expected to send their ending
inventory through messenger or discord.

5. Failing to farm the required amount of SLP (see number 1 and 3) will result to the termination
of the scholarship for the scholar. In the event of a termination of scholarship all remaining SLP
of the scholar will still be subjected to 60/40 manager to scholar cut.

6. In the event of an emergency such as: death by immediate family, sickness, and natural
calamity the scholar is given 2 days to attend to their personal needs. The scholar shall inform
the manager through discord or messenger to avoid termination of the scholarship.

7. Cash Out/Withdrawal is done every 2 weeks every Sunday. Manager and scholar rate will be
applied during every withdrawal (see number 2 and 3). Withdrawal is via SLP or cash (subject to
transaction fees).

8. ALL AXS rewards earned by Scholars (top 200 in Arena) will be split with the Manager.
Scholars will get 50% of all the AXS they earn from every season.

9. The scholar must already have a Ronin wallet to accept SLP withdrawals or Gcash or bank
account to accept cash withdrawal. Only scholars already with Ronin wallet, Gcash or bank
account will be accepted into the program.

10. The scholar cannot farm a single SLP on your personal account or any other account when
farming with our scholarship account. Strictly 1 account per device per person.
 If the scholar plays with another account different from the scholarship account, all Axies
involved might get banned and can never be used again

11. If the scholar breaks any of these rules, the scholar will be terminated from the program
permanently.

12. If you decide to leave the program, the scholar must inform the manager and this will be
subject to negotiation or cancellation of the contract.
