5. The above mentioned foreclosure amount is valid subject to clearance of all the cheques/instalments/online payments made
till date.
6. Please note that, in case of payment in cash, your loan will be foreclosed from the date of actual receipt of payment. Cash
payment is acceptable only up to an amount of Rs.1.99 lacs. For flexi loans only, online payment is accepted.
7. For Demand Draft payments, loan will be foreclosed after payment realization and for cheque payments, loan will be
foreclosed from the date of cheque clearance.
8. We request you to kindly carry this letter at the time of foreclosure of the loan and make the payment through Demand
Draft/Cheque favouring BAJAJ FINANCE LIMITED, Payable at your nearest local branch or login to our website
www.bajajfinserv.in and pay through our Customer Portal Experia. This may vary basis the loan availed.
9. # For Flexi loan variants, the total withdrawable amount means the total loan amount that you can withdraw as per your
assigned/approved amount/. For all other loans, this is the Principal Outstanding amount.
10. In case loan is foreclosed between 28th to 5th of every month which is our NACH/payment mandate presentation cycle for
payment of the Monthly Instalment (EMI), the EMI for the subsequent month may get presented and deducted from your bank.
We would refund any excess received by us within 13th of the subsequent month directly through NEFT to your registered bank
account with us.
