Reflection Day 4

Last day of our MPRE 2021-2022 in which everybody are busy polishing the
given task. Learning Action Cell is a group of teachers who engage in collaborative
learning sessions to solve shared challenges encountered in the school facilitated by
the school head or a designated LAC Leader. LACs will become the school-based
communities of practice that are positive, caring, and safe spaces.
Working effectively, productively and with brilliant minds of my team we were
able to achieve group objectives.
It is certainly you can do better with your team than you can alone.

 On the other hand, it is vivid that we as Educator must adhere to the school
purpose. To be of service to students needs and opportunity to learn. No to quarrel
implies heated verbal contention. Showing of politeness in one’s attitude and
behavior toward others and Head was also highlighted. Everyone should also be
more grateful

Surprisingly we were able to surpass. Striving to achieve and about to reach

the goal. We are fortunate to have dedicated officials in the field, always striving to
find the ideal solution for every unique situation posed in their areas . Through the
cleverness, collaboration, effort and unending support from our PSDS Dr. Wenefredo
Cagape, our principal Sir Rolando R. Capul and our SHS head Sir Allan O. Logarta.
All the F. Bangoy teachers behind this virtual MPRE 2021-2022 Day1 was
surprisingly impressive and enriching one. through the cooperative effort

An opportunity for me, to join in this kind of program addressing concerns

through the cooperative effort, evaluate the progress attained in the implementation
of the educational plan of the school and review performance of teachers and the
students.

Learning poses a lot of challenges for many Filipino. Parents are also still
willing to try how remote learning is going to work. Securing an internet connection..
Many lost their livelihoods due to the pandemic
 the effort due to pandemic. Though Pandemic Watching Strengthen
performance from the consolidated effort of the personnel behind the success of
MPRE 2021-2022.  E An opportunity to join the

enables digital life for the Philippines, so Filipinos can access choices, overcome
challenges, and discover new ways to enjoy life. 

We are fortunate to have dedicated officials in the field, always striving to find the
ideal solution for every unique situation posed in their areas. Since the onset of
the quarantine periods, we have been in constant communication with all of our
personnel in the regional, division, and school levels and we are very pleased with
the enthusiasm they are showing, despite the obvious challenges,” said Pascua.
“We have made use of every platform available to us, such as Microsoft Teams
and DepEd’s own Workplace by Facebook, and I believe this has helped keep
everyone in the loop, in order to ensure that everyone is doing fine. We have
introduced DepEd Commons and soon the DepEd Learning Management System.”

One of the most important ways they’re doing that is by promoting flexible
learning. This means that there are learning programs created based on the
capacity of the students, schools, or the community.
