This EXTRAJUDICIAL SETTLEMENT OF ESTATE with ABSOLUTE SALE


made and executed by the HEIRS OF ___________, this day of _________________, in

Hereinafter referred as the HEIRS,
W I T N E S S E T H:
WHEREAS, the HEIRS are the only surviving legitimate successors / heirs of the

knowing debts and obligations to third persons, leaving two (2) parcels of land, located
at___________________, _together with the improvements thereon particularly
described and bounded as follows, to wit:

WHEREAS, by reason of the death of the______________, the HEIRS became co-


owners of the above-described properties by intestate succession;
WHEREAS, the above-described properties are not registered under Act 496 now
P.D. 1529, nor under the Spanish Mortgage Law, the parties agreed to register this
foregoing instrument pursuant to Section 113, of P.D. 1529.
WITNESSETH F U R T H E R:
WHEREAS, the above-described properties constitute the paraphernal property
of the HEIRS;

WHEREAS, the VENDORS have offered to sell, and

parties have agreed to enter into a Contract of Absolute Sale over the above-described
properties.
NOW THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the amount

VENDORS to their complete satisfaction, the VENDORS hereby SELL, CONVEY, and
TRANSFER by way of ABSOLUTE SALE to and in favor of
