Waterproof Test
1.Test Facility:IP66 Waterproof testing instrument spout 12.5mm
2.Test Condition： The distance between sample and spout is 2.5m ～ 3m ， water flow rate is
100 L/min （6000 L/h)

Test condition： water deepth is 30cm ， soaking in water for 30 min

Thermal Test
Based on ambient temp36.7°C continously 4hrs.
Temperature Test by Temperature Chamber
4Temperatuer machine can test from -40~200℃，also can simulate humidity test at 85%.
IES tester-EVERFINE BRAND
Each product will do IES test,after adjust the machine into best condition,then test at least
40m~1hr, all IES file is real and exact, not fake.

shipping and stocking.
If use poor carton to pack the goods,the cartons will be deformed during the shipping or before selling. After that
the product is easy to be scraped or some broken.Poor quality package will lower the brand image. If happen
some defective during the shipping, it will affect the sales and affect the company fame.

Inspected by veido with customer via GOPRO APP
Warranty and After-sales Service
• The warranty period will begin at the date of original product purchase. ROKEE will
repair or replace product covered under this warranty with components. Advances
in technology may lead to better or advanced products being selected for
replacement.
• Cusomer need to offer the defective products item / q'ty / photos/ purchase date
and defective description to our contacting sales first.
• After receipt details, ROKEE will give a solution within 48hours.
