GUIDELINE FOR WEBINAR REGISTRATION

2. Insert all your information as below - All information is mandatory and must be accurate since your
registration would be based on these details. {email address accessible to you, PNO, Full Name and cell
number)
3. Since it is only for HBL’s staff so please insert your HBL’s official email and its details.

Note: If you are getting any CAPTCHA related error so please share the registration link on your mobile phone and
get it registered using mobile else upgrade your browser or take your local IT support.

4. You would be redirected to this page once you submitted your registration. You will receive a
confirmation email once approved by HOST
HOW TO JOIN WEBINAR
1. You must have received the following CONFIRMATION EMAIL once your request is approved by L&D
HOST. It contains your MEETING LINK and its PASSWORD as well. Click on the highlighted link to join.

2. It may ask you to download a small zoom plugin, download it and run it.
If you have already installed it before please jump to insert Name Screen step
3. It will take some time to install it, if it gets failed please try Again.
4. Insert your P# and NAME e.g. 602794 – Syed Ali Haider and Click to JOIN Button

5. You will be kept in the waiting Room and allowed by L&D HOST ONLY if we have your registration details
or you got yourself registered before.
