to Fire Protection System work.

1. All type of masonry, civil and concrete work not in our scope.
2. Shifting of material from one floor to another and one place to
another please will be done by your labour contractor.
3. We have considered ASSA ABLOY / OZONE make accessories except
Vision panel frame and glass with gasket and screws.
4. The vision panel glass will be SCHOOT PYRAN MAKE 6 mm thick clear
fire rated glass.
5. The doors and frames will be finished with POWDER COATING WITH
required colour shade as per client’s choice.
6. The offer is totally based on your BOQ only.

ANNEXURE – I ‘RADIANT FIRE’ MAKE EMERGENCY EXIT DOOR

A 'Providing Radiant Fire Make fire resistant insulated two hours rated 46 mm thick
steel door single rebate steel frame profile of size 105mm x 60mm with bending
radius of 1.6mm made up of 1.5m thick GI sheet confirming to IS 277.

The frames shall have Provision for anchor bolt fasteners on each vertical jamb; 3
mm thick base plate pre-punched cut outs to receive ironmongery.3 mm thick
hinge back plate pre-drilled to receive hinge screw. The frame shall be in three
pieces bolted at top jamb to vertical jamb for direct installation at site. All cutouts
including hinge plates, strike plates have mortar guard cover. The frame shall be
powder coated paint of approved color.

The steel door shutter having thickness of 46 mm, shall be constructed out of
1.2mm thick GI steel sheet confirming to IS 277 with Fully flushed double skin
door powder coated of approved color having interlock seam arrangement at stile
edges. The doors having insulating core ‘MINERAL WOOL / ROCKWOOL“

The doors and frames will be finished with POWDER COATING OF REQUIRED
SHADE (IMINIMUM 40 to 50 MICRONS).

'The door construction having fire retardant & heat insulating suitable for
Stability, Integrity with two hours fire rating, type tested at CBRI Roorkee & as per
IS 3614 (Part II) and BS 476 (Part 20).

Annexure II: Commercial Terms & Conditions

Prices : The above quoted prices are net for delivery at Ex-our works –
Ahmedabad basis

Packing & : Will be charged extra @ 5% (Included in the price)

Handling
charges
Freight : The material will be dispatched on `To Pay’ basis only, where the
freight charges incurred will be directly paid to the transporter by
you. It is subject to the client’s confirmation.
Insurance : Will be arranged by your good self OR @ 1.75 % of the order value
extra, if arranged by us. Please confirm while placing the order with
us.( in your scope)

Taxes : SGST/IGST @ 18% For supply and installation.

Excise : Not applicable after implementation of GST

Octroi : If applicable will be charged extra (It will be cleared by you)

Payment : 50% advance amount along with technically and commercially clear
order and balance 50% against proforma invoice before dispatch of
material at site.

Delivery : 1-2 weeks from the date of receipt of your technically and
commercially clear purchase order along with advance payment
(likely to vary depending upon the order quantity), subject to force
majored conditions. (Will mutually decide at the time of finalization
and will decide according to the site requirement). The delivery
period will be started only after getting the PO along with Advance
payment only.
An Order will be Consider Technically clear only on receipt
of the following information.
a).Handing Policy (direction of doors opening-floor plans)
b).Color Shade Approval

 c).Hardware Samples(if procured by client)
d).Samples of accessories to be fixed by other agencies such as
electronic access as commercially clear on receipt of all items of the
purchase order.
The delivery date should be considered from the date of receipt of
shop drawing duly approved from your end.

Unloading & : Loading of the material from our end will be done by our
Storage persons.
Validity : 10 to 15 days and subject to confirmation thereafter.

Warranty : 12 months from the date of supply of materials against any

manufacturing defects

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR INSTALLATION

Note 01. Installation shall commence only on receipt of payment for Door & Hardware
as per terms & Condition.

02. Working Hours: Installation team will be allowed a minimum 8 working

hours on all days. If need arise depending on the urgency the team will
extend the working hours subject to amenities being provided such as
lighting, mason and masonry material. You have to provide unskilled labours
to assist our erection team while carrying out the installation team.

03. Wall Opening:-Finished plastered wall openings are to be prepared as per

sizes indicated by you in your purchase order. Any rectification & Alteration
to be done by your site at your cost.

04. Site Readiness:-Installation of doors & hardware will commence after

receipt of written confirmation on readiness of wall openings in all aspects. In
case of all wall openings not ready ,minimum 5 wall openings shall be
provide by you per day

05 The Installation will commence only on issue of material from your stores as
per your schedule. The doors once Installed & fixed with hardware will be
handover immediately to your site engineer or nominated supervisor. We will
not responsible for any loss of material thereafter or in the event of your site
engineer or supervisor not taking charge on completion of the installation.
Any damage of doors or hardware by any other agency nominated by you or
by your personnel will be your sole responsibility. You have to give unskilled
labour to our installation team, to shift the material from one place to
another place and also to assist our team.

 06. Electrical Points:-Electrical points required for drilling, lighting etc. shall be
provided within radius of 7mtrfrom the point of installation

07. You will provide To & Fro Railway fare / Bus fare to us.-If applicable

08. You will have to provide local conveyance during the entire stay of our
Supervisors.

09. Idle Charges:-Due to any reason our engineers have to sit idle during the
said period, we will charge you with Rs. 500.00 per man day extra, which
please note. The payment for the idle charges has to be released
immediately which the installation crew shall be withdrawn

10. Supervisor to be called only when entire civil work is ready. Idle labors will be
charged at Rs. 1500/- per man per day.

11. Taxes/Duties/levies: SGST As Applicable to your account i.e. @ 18%. Any

other Tax/duty/levies at the time of installation to your account

12. Payment: - 50% advance along with your work order and balance after the
completion of the work in exchange of the certificate of installation by us
along with the Debit Note.

13. Acceptance: All pages of these quotations to be enclosed as annexure to

your work order duly signed and sealed.
