 The teacher and school head can give feedback for
performance improvement that leads to a productive
relationship that results in cultivating both professional and
personal capabilities.
Rationale:
 There are things that I can’t attain because of consideration I
have to observe (with the regards to the challenge of the
District)
 Essence of our job is to implement the curriculum

 For the month of November, will present the Instructional
Supervision for COT
 Transition: Traditional to the new normal
 We should adjust to the changes of classroom instruction

 INSTRUCTIONAL SUPERVISION FOR COT
 Sir Leo M. Amit reminded the group to schedule their
own class observation as early as possible in order to
accomplish the four (4) COT.
 TOPIC DISCUSSED
 After the first session, this was followed by another
topic by Mr. Leo Amit regarding classroom
management, Peer coaching and mentoring,
instructions and techniques. There was a group sharing
on how teacher managed their best and worst scenarios
in teaching and some of their teaching technique
 TAPPING INTO THE EXPERTISE OF FELLOW
TEACHERS
 Be a team of classroom teachers committed to helping
each other improve. Each can provide coaching and
mentoring support to your fellow teachers for
professional and personal success.
 ACTION RESEARCH
 Also, he had an activity with NES teachers on how to
create an action research title and let them present it.
He encouraged everyone to create their own Action
Research.
