Position Details
Responsibilities

• Graduates/new graduates from universities related to software development such as Computer

Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, and Software Engineering (It is advantageous
to have a master's degree)
• Working in a full-time position
• Experience with designing and building features for native Android applications
• Analyzing user needs and developing software solutions
• Fixing existing bugs, allowing it to adapt to new hardware, or improving existing software
• Participate in product feature implementation, both independently and in co-operation with the
team to define, design, and ship features
• Ensure the best possible performance, quality and responsiveness of the application

Requirements

• 4+ years’ proven development experience on the Android platform

• Excellent knowledge of Java & Kotlin
• Proficiency in using Android Studio and the Android SDK
• Strong focus on refactoring and code quality
• Knowledge and experience of MVVM and MVP patterns
• Background in object-oriented design and re-usable components & frameworks
• Ability and drive to learn new technologies, tools, and processes
• Understanding in build and release of applications to Google Play
• Familiarity developing with reusable frameworks
• Experience working in an Agile Environment

Mehmet Bozacioglu
General Manager

Mehmet has 20 years of experience in software solutions sales in global

organizations. Prior to establishing Gini, he managed Experian Turkey, as the
most profitable market across EMEA region. He took it from a small liaison office
and transformed into a local market leader with 50 FTEs.

Mehmet is the founding member of Commercial and Financial Data Association

in Turkey. He is also a member of YASED (International Investors Association).
Mehmet has a broad network in Turkish Banking Industry.

Mehmet has a BA degree in Economy from Bogazici University.

Ömer Celep
Business Development Manager

Omer covered Turkey & Eastern Europe territories at Experian for almost 5 years.
He worked for Oracle and Nortel Networks in various technical and presales
positions. He is a member of Risk Managers Association.

He established a tech company, created a team of 50+ software developers

and exited prior to joining Experian.

Omer holds a BS degree in Computer Engineering from Bogazici University.

Evren Yağmur
Head of Consultancy

Evren has been developing multi platform applications for 17 years. He worked for
different multinational companies in various technical and managerial positions.

He designed, developed and published several enterprise applications to live in

different cloud platforms like AWS, Google Cloud, Azure.

Evren holds a BS degree in Business Information Management from Bilkent University.
